About Hop Gallery

Hop Gallery is a delightful, light and calming visual arts exhibition space situated in the 18th century Star Brewery building located in the heart of the historic County town of Lewes. (Previously known as the Star Gallery.)

Hop Gallery has a reputation of being one of the most prestigious visual arts venues in the South East with an exhibition space that is multifunctional and complements traditional & contemporary art, sculpture and installation work equally well. In this unique gallery space you will experience a fresh modern feel along with the atmospheric original features which together enhance all types of art media.

The ethos of the gallery is to hold onto its core values and philosophy and it continues to provide a valuable cultural resource for Lewes and its environs. We continue to support artists of all disciplines and encourage young and newly established artists to exhibit their work.
